1. Where are you located? We are located in Virginia Beach, VA. If you place an order from the East coast, expect delivery anywhere between 1-4 days. If you are on the West coast, delivery will be somewhere between 4-7 days. If you're somewhere between, delivery will be somewhere in between :) ... If you click into an item description, you will see how the item will be shipped. If one item is going priority mail, obviously all items will be in the box. 2. Are your PS2 Lasers new? YES, Our lasers are brand NEW! 3. Do you offer installation instructions? No, we do not provide installation instructions for parts. Sorry. There is a good resource provided at the following website for a decent price: http://www.ultimateconsoleguides.com 4. How do I pay by check or money order? To pay by check or money order, please email us at orders@richspsxparts.com stating the items you want to purchase, and I will get back to you with a total and the address to send payment. Checks are held until they clear. An alternative would be to use paypal eChecks which take about 3 or 4 days to clear. Orders paid for via Money order will ship upon receipt. Orders paid for via paypal will ship in 2 business days at most. Usually the next business day. 5. Do you have instructions on installing the spindle hub? Yes, I do upon request. Just drop me an email at orders@richspsxparts.com and I will gladly send you the instructions. 6. Why Paypal? I don't do enough business to justify getting a merchant account. It would cost too much based on my low volume of sales. Also, if I had a costly merchant account, I'd have to charge more for the parts. So we both save $$ ;-) ... paypal takes a small fee from me for each transaction, and does not charge monthly fees... so it's a good deal for me. And it's free for you to use! 7. How much is shipping? $0. Shipping is FREE to you. Even to Canada in most cases! Bigger items such as motherboards will incur a shipping fee to Canada. Shipping of motherboards within the U.S. is free. 8. Can I choose expedited shipping for an additional fee? Yes.
